What’s in the pack
10 pork sausages, each hand-wrapped in streaky bacon. Around 400 to 450g in total, which is enough for 4 to 5 people as a side with your roast.
How to cook them
Lay them on a baking tray and roast at 200°C for 30 to 35 minutes, turning halfway, until the bacon is crisp and the sausages are cooked through with no pink in the middle. If cooking from frozen, follow the timings on the pack.
No Christmas dinner feels finished without them. They also work as a party snack with a pot of cranberry sauce for dipping.
