Welcome to Lashfords.ae Terms and Conditions. We pride ourselves on our customers care: –

Statement of facts:  When you add an item to your basket and proceed to checkout with Lashfords.ae on our Website, after the on line payment your Order will be processed, you will have made the commitment to us to purchase the relevant product and service we provide as the case may be, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions of sale.

Purchase:  On completion of the online checkout process this does not constitute our acceptance of your order / purchase of products or services from us. Our acceptance of your Order will be confirmed to you via email following preparation of the product and service that you have ordered from us.  

Confirmation: We will notify you in writing via email shortly after you place your Order to acknowledge that we have received payment and are processing your Order. This email, which will contain your Order number and will confirm our contract of sale with you.

Delivery: Times may vary depending on the area and time you have chosen. Unless otherwise communicated on our Website, the following shall apply:

• The delivery driver will call you to arrange handover of delivery.
• Packages can be left outside the customers dwelling (with the customers consent), in a stryofoam box to control the temperature. Deliveries can be left outside apartments for up to 3 hours and villas for up to 1 hour, however this is at the customers own risk of damage, theft or any other unseen circumstances that may occur and therefore Lashfords.ae will not be held accountable.
• If you miss your delivery slot, we reserve the right to charge 20 AED for the next available delivery.

Refunds: Purchases will be made in AED Dirhams and Refunds will only be given if fault has occurred by Lashfords.ae and their delivery services.

Note: The Weights shown on our website are approximate only, as they may vary due to packaging and also the Products shown may not be the actual size.

Liability: There are certain liabilities that we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for personal injury caused by our gross negligence or fraud.

You our customer have certain rights as a consumer, and we shall use reasonable to ensure our products that we supply to you are of satisfactory quality.

We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions by anything you do (or anyone acting on your behalf) or fail to do, events which are beyond our reasonable control or the actions and/or failures of any third party service provider we may engage to deliver your Order to you.

You as the consumer must follow any instruction / guidelines given to you to include any expiry dates or instructions on when to consume our products, provided on packaging, so to keep products we supply safe for your consumption. We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow any instruction given / provided.

We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any losses or damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website. In any event we will not be liable for any losses related to any business.

You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party unless we agree in writing.

We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party at our discretion.

Only you and ourselves shall be entitled to enforce these Terms and Conditions. No delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy or shall affect our ability to subsequently exercise that right or remedy. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.

These Terms and Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute with us amicably, failing which any dispute shall be referred to the Small Claims Tribunal of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
